Strict Quality Control: 
1. Each single heating rod is tested before being casted in an aluminum alloy. 
2. Each single digital time & temp controller is tested before assembling. 
3. All heat press pass high temp. test (200°C) for at least 20 minutes before packing. 

Use Introduction:
1 Lifting the handle to machine the machine open. Putting on the products on the working platform and testing pressure if is appropriate, and not, need to adjust the pressure knob. (Turn the knob clockwise to increase the pressure, counter-clockwise to decrease pressure).
2 Turn on the machine and ready to be products. (Heating process, please do not put the products on the working platform in order to avoid bad roast)
3 Turn on the power switch, temperature controller began the self-test,  after self-test approximately 10 seconds to complete and enter the work state and then setting the operating parameters is available, (First using, please set the desired: the temperature, time, see attached time and temperature instrument panel operating instructions)

4 Setting desired time and  temperature. Machine  starts to heat up heating (the temperature rose to 200C degree takes about 15 minutes);
5 When the machine reached desired temperature,then put the products on the table,press down the hand knob, The machine starts automatic timing, after reaching the set time, the machine alert tone, lift the handle to complete the last operation;
Note: For security reasons, the power supply should be single phase 3 lines.

Temperature setting: press the Up or Down keys to adjust the temperature. (Typically 170-220 C degree according to the material ) until the temperature flashes eight seconds, the machine has recorded temperatures.
Time setting: Press down the pressure handle, closed machine, the timetable is lit, press the up or down key timing required setting until the time flashes eight seconds, the machine to record the time, then you can open the machine.
 
Precautions:
If it is cold sublimation paper, hot stamping finish later, please wait for 15-20 seconds to tear.
